“Success is doing ordinary things extraordinarily well. I provide people the ability to purchase, maintain and sell their homes with confidence, environmental integrity, financial strength and peace of mind.”
Foresight Property Inspection serves the Bay Area and is owned/operated by Robert Taska (Mill Valley resident), a certified inspector (CREIA) with expertise in environmental design (LEED Green Associate) and decades of construction experience.
A Foresight Property Inspection is an in-depth visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a property to provide an objective, independent, professional opinion about the condition of the property — giving a current owner and/or buyer an extensive evaluation and report of the condition of:
- The core of the property: building structure, roof system, foundation system, drainage system, and walls.
- Mechanical systems: plumbing, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, and electrical system.
- The exterior of the home: adjacent grading, patios, decks, sidewalks, driveways, doors, windows, retaining walls, fences and gates. * A review of the building’s energy efficiency and water usage (optional).
Foresight Property Inspection reports identify items that may need to be repaired or replaced, in an easy to read narrative report. |
