My home may soon be offered for sale. In anticipation of selling our residence, I engaged Rodney Dunn to perform an inspection so that I would know in advance of any problems that a potential buyer might raise and correct them if appropriate.

Mr. Dunn completed his inspection in about two hours and returned a written report within hours along with a series of photographs supporting his findings. His report followed the State of Texas guidelines and his fees were quite reasonable. In his report, he indicated things that were potentially damaging to the structure, safety measures I should consider and items that were violations of current building code but were grandfathered under the code existing at the time the home was constructed.
