 AHI President, Patrick (Casey) Arnold, is a life-long Northern Virginia resident with 35 years of experience in the construction industry. His portfolio includes over 20 years of running his own company, Arnold Construction, overseeing and directly orchestrating every aspect of ground-up residential construction, as well as many renovation projects. Casey has also held the position of Project Manager on the construction of one of Alexandria's most elegant high-rise condominiums, and for the condo conversions of the Belle View and Parkfairfax communities. His extensive knowledge of industry policies and practices has given him a solid background as a home inspector. Casey is a graduate of Home Inspector Training Academy in Arlington, Virginia. Casey is also a State of Virginia Certified Home Inspector and a proud member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and Virginia Association of Real Estate Inspectors (VAREI). |
